IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional to bring structure, visibility, and control to our expanding technology ecosystem. You will work closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders to embed governance practices that are measurable, actionable, and aligned with our operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and embed IT governance across risk, audit, financial, and vendor oversight, ensuring clear accountability.
• Drive the IT risk register and coordinate governance reporting for Steering Committee, Executive Committee, and Board.
• Lead internal and external audit processes, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and closure of findings.
• Manage financial governance and vendor environments: budget tracking, cost visibility, contract onboarding, renewals, performance monitoring, and partner accountability.
• Apply governance across projects and operations, identify control gaps, and strengthen processes where needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or audit, with exposure to risk frameworks and audit leadership.
• Strong understanding of IT environments and governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, partners, and contract governance within an IT setting.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach with the capacity to translate governance into practical day‑to‑day outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
