IT Delivery Consultant – Candidate Focused

About the role

Outside Capital is seeking an IT Delivery Consultant who will focus on sourcing and engaging top‑tier technology talent across South Africa. This role is centred on building strong relationships with candidates and delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes without the pressure of cold‑calling or sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage exceptional technology professionals, including software engineers, cloud specialists, data experts, cybersecurity specialists, ERP consultants and technology leaders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into tailored talent solutions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive research, networking and meaningful conversations.
• Partner with internal consultants to ensure seamless recruitment processes and outstanding candidate experiences from initial contact to placement.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in technology and the IT industry.
• Confidence communicating with technical professionals and understanding their work environment.
• Curiosity, initiative and strong questioning abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Growth mindset with a desire to build a long‑term career in specialist recruitment.
• Previous experience in technology or IT recruitment is highly advantageous.
