About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Construction Control Engineer to oversee the quality, volume, and timing of general construction works for residential and industrial projects. The role involves close interaction with contractors, verification of documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor all general construction and installation works (earthworks, monolithic structures, mechanical/electrical installations, finishing, etc.).
• Accept completed works from contractors, including hidden works, and prepare corresponding acceptance acts.
• Verify quality, volumes, and deadlines against project documentation, technical drawings, and regulatory standards (SNiP, GOST).
• Conduct selective incoming inspections of materials, products, and structures.
• Identify violations, inform management and contractors, and issue corrective instructions.
• Check execution documentation for accuracy, maintain registries, and ensure timely filing and completeness.
• Review organizational‑technological documents for compliance with work sequences and technology.
• Validate work volumes in completion reports (KS‑2) and maintain cumulative statements.
• Participate in inspections carried out by authorized bodies.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar construction control position.
• Strong knowledge of Russian construction standards (SNiP, GOST) for design, building, and supervision.
• Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with filling out execution documentation, work journals, and scheduling production work.
