About the role

Join a fast‑moving tech scale‑up as an Internal Tech Talent Recruiter, responsible for driving the recruitment process for our Delivery and Sales teams across South African, European and upcoming US markets. You will partner with hiring managers, source and engage top technology talent, and see the direct impact of your hires on the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end internal recruitment process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Recruit tech recruiters and other technology‑focused roles, ensuring a strong business‑development mindset.
• Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Driven, ambitious and naturally good with people, with a passion for recruitment.
• Adaptable go‑getter able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non‑technical candidates.
• Motivated by results, enjoys working towards targets and celebrating wins.
