UK Delivery Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for motivated and confident UK Delivery Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys engaging with candidates, building strong relationships and working in a fast‑paced environment. You will spend a significant amount of time speaking with UK‑based candidates, so excellent communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for a range of roles.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their experience, skills and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK‑based candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via telephone, email and other recruitment platforms.
• Write clear and professional candidate communication.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Work closely with the wider recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates efficiently.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Clear, confident and professional spoken English, with a strong telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with UK‑based candidates on a regular basis.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple candidates and vacancies.
• Well organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in sourcing, screening and short‑listing candidates is highly advantageous.
