Internal Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Takla Products, a leading South African 4x4 accessories manufacturer, as an Internal Sales Consultant. You will handle inbound enquiries, match customers with the right products, and support the growth of dealer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, website and walk‑ins.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare, present and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and fitment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with at least 2 years in a sales environment.
• Experience in automotive, 4x4, outdoor or retail sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and accountable for results.
• Valid driver’s licence and fluency in English; Afrikaans is a plus.
