Internal Recruiter

About the role

Move is seeking a motivated Internal Recruiter to join its Cape Town team. This position supports Move’s own hiring needs while offering hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and through referrals.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews and assist with interview coordination.
• Support Move’s internal hiring initiatives and build candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters on client projects and conduct market research and talent mapping.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding through content, events and campaigns.
• Develop core recruitment skills via structured training and mentorship.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, mixing agency and internal roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Curious about people, careers and businesses.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for professional purposes.
• Resilient, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Proactive team player adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Cape Town with a hybrid work setup.
