Integration Support Engineer – Remote

About the role

As an Integration Support Engineer you will provide technical support to customers using our iPaaS platform. The role requires experience with databases, building Postman collections and scripting in Bash, PowerShell or VBScript, combined with strong communication and time‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and live chat, troubleshooting and resolving platform‑related issues.
• Document and track all interactions in the ticketing system and collaborate with development and project teams to escalate complex cases.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience and stay up‑to‑date with new platform features.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS or iPaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, web‑based applications and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage is a plus.
