Inbound DC Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inbound DC Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse workers, and ensure activities are performed safely, efficiently, accurately and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor performance and provide training.
• Oversee receiving, storing and shipping of goods, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, including inventory control, quality checks and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock as needed and optimise warehouse layout for space utilisation.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate performance reports and conduct regular inspections.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
