About the role
Join Truworths' dynamic Fashion Call Centre as an Inbound Call Centre Agent focused on ecommerce. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with queries, orders and support needs, helping to maintain the brand’s reputation for excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking and returns.
- Resolve enquiries promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the call centre system.
- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly service targets.
Required profile

- Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone demeanor.
