Improvement Engineer – High Density Polyethylene

About the role

We are looking for a Data‑Driven Improvement Engineer to lead advanced process optimisation and operational analytics in our high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) plant. The role focuses on increasing plant availability and streamlining production workflows while upholding Safripol’s strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to design and implement improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain data management tools that support real‑time monitoring and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure improvements align with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Measure and report the impact of initiatives on operational performance and sustainability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in process improvement within a polymer or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable projects.
• Excellent communication skills to work with engineering, production and quality teams.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or higher).
• Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Data management tools for industrial analytics.
