About the role
The Imports Supply Line Coordinator ensures that all import processes are executed efficiently and that shipments arrive on schedule while minimizing costs. This role supports the broader supply chain team by handling vendor interactions, order management, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate all import activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with import requirements.
- Oversee proactive order management and resolve any issues that arise.
- Perform administrative duties related to import documentation.
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis to improve import performance.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics, import processes, or supply chain coordination.
