Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Implementation Consultant to configure, implement and support our software solutions for a diverse portfolio of customers. The role blends technical problem‑solving with consulting, ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage support platforms, responding to client queries within agreed service levels.
• Build trusted advisor relationships, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, and document support cases.
• Lead implementation projects, analyse business requirements, configure systems and assist with data migration and integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet milestones, conduct testing and validation, and deliver remote or on‑site training.
• Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to product teams.

Required profile

• Experience in software implementation, business systems or technical consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand client processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
