About the role
The ICT Intern will support the Academy’s technology infrastructure from June to December 2026. Working closely with the ICT Manager and team, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in maintaining hardware, software and documentation within an educational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supporting and maintaining hardware and software systems used by staff and students.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to updating technology documentation.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate and final year of a tertiary IT degree (or graduation in 2025).
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are advantageous.
- Passion for learning, strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
Required skills
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
