Hybrid Sales Consultant - Security Systems (KZN)

About the role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a hybrid Sales Consultant in KwaZulu-Natal to sell security solutions to customers. You will source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems and electric fences, and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close deals using self-sourced leads and internal leads.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects and other stakeholders.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to track progress against targets.
• Maintain sales administration with attention to detail.
• Follow up leads and quotes promptly to maximise conversions.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum PSIRA Grade C.
• Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email and internet use.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
