Human Resources Manager

About the role

Beige is seeking a high‑energy Human Resources Manager to build a robust HR infrastructure and support rapid global scaling. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position where you will own compliance, recruitment, payroll, and contract administration for a media‑technology startup.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve US employment contracts, NDAs, and contractor agreements in line with federal and state laws.
• Oversee recruitment intake, approve job ads, conduct final interview rounds, and make hiring decisions with department leads.
• Authorize monthly global and domestic payroll, bonuses, and overtime using Deel and internal payment spreadsheets.
• Lead internal audits of employee files, promotion records, and compliance documentation; maintain up‑to‑date policies and SOPs.
• Manage annual and mid‑year performance review cycles, finalize evaluation templates, and support leadership on performance alignment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of US employment law and contract administration.
• Proven experience in high‑growth, remote or distributed environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute with precision.
• Comfortable making autonomous hiring and payroll decisions.
