Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our regional team. You will drive HR strategy, support managers and employees, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement region‑specific HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with department heads and team leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support training and development activities.
• Stay updated on employment laws and ensure compliance.
• Handle employee‑relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Address ad‑hoc HR requests from colleagues.

Required profile

• BA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation and employee relations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity and discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
