About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR support to line management and staff across designated business units. Based at our plant in Mbombela, you will act as an employee champion and change agent, helping to build a stable, competent workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver general HR services, including employee relations, disciplinary matters and workforce planning.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding and termination processes.
- Facilitate disability and ill‑health management procedures.
- Maintain HR management systems, personal records and produce regular reports.
- Support the People Manager in implementing HR best practices.
Required profile
- Degree or National Diploma in People Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
