Human Resources Business Partner – HR Reporting & Analytics

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will focus on HR reporting, data insights and operational delivery to support decision‑making, talent management and organisational effectiveness across Hollard Health and three HINT Pan‑African subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver HR reporting and analytics for HINT, supporting REMCO and Board reporting with packs, insights and tracking.
• Provide data‑driven insights to inform people strategy, tracking performance, engagement, talent and workforce metrics.
• Drive data accuracy, consistency and reporting improvements across country teams.
• Collaborate with country HR teams to improve data quality, reporting maturity and support automation, AI and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to system, dashboard and reporting tool enhancements, identifying digitisation opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, templates and contracts; support HR systems, workflows and policy implementation.
• Coordinate vendor processes, payroll support, employee benefits and learning & development initiatives.
• Assist with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and People scorecard reporting.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and structures.
