The Water Research Commission is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join its 24‑month Internship Programme, providing practical workplace exposure and professional development within the Human Resources environment.

Key responsibilities

HR administration support
Employee relations processes
Labour relations support
HR documentation and record management

Required profile

National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Industrial Psychology or a related field
Unemployed South African citizen, aged 18‑35
No prior participation in an internship programme
