About the role
Eduvos is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join its Midrand campus on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior line managers, delivering HR implementation support, building capability and ensuring governance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR business partner support to senior line managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, programmes and processes.
- Develop and deliver capacity‑building activities to enhance managerial HR competence.
- Ensure compliance with HR governance standards and best practices.
- Focus on employee relations and industrial relations matters, offering guidance and resolution support.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an HR business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and industrial relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
