Human Capital (HC) Administrator

About the role

The Human Capital (HC) Administrator will manage the full cycle of HR administration for a banking organization, providing advisory support to the HC team and the broader business. This role ensures smooth delivery of HR services and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end human capital administration processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day advisory services to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the HC team with data entry, record maintenance, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and IT to ensure accurate employee information across systems.
• Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and compliance documentation for internal and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration within a corporate or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
