Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management and talent processes.
• Conduct HR‑related research and contribute insights.
• Prepare documentation, guidelines and presentation material.
• Coordinate key Human Capital initiatives in line with the HR calendar.

Required profile

• Curious and resourceful with a strong interest in people and talent development.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence, care and energy in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
