About the role
Join Sanlam’s Human Capital Graduate talent pool and start your career in HR. You will work on real projects that support the employee life‑cycle, gaining hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support performance management and talent processes.
- Conduct HR‑related research and contribute insights.
- Prepare documentation, guidelines and presentation material.
- Coordinate key Human Capital initiatives in line with the HR calendar.
Required profile
- Curious and resourceful with a strong interest in people and talent development.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Confidence, care and energy in a fast‑paced team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
