HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Full‑Time)

About the role

Mobelli is seeking an organised, energetic HR & Recruitment Coordinator to drive talent acquisition, onboarding and HR administration for its Paarden Eiland showroom. You will play a pivotal part in attracting top talent and supporting employee development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and offers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and introductions are completed.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR administration support, including record‑keeping and employee queries.
• Coordinate training initiatives and development programmes to enhance team performance.
• Maintain recruitment systems, generate reports and track key metrics.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results in a dynamic setting.
