HR Operations Partner – EMEA

About the role

Circana is looking for an HR Operations Partner to support HR processes across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Core HR Operations, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and coordinators to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day HR operational processes (hires, terminations, job changes, transfers) while ensuring policy alignment and local compliance.
• Manage shared inboxes, communication pages in MS Teams and SharePoint, and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support escalated HR cases, coordinating with Legal, Payroll, Finance and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain employee records, audit trails and data‑governance standards.
• Prepare and distribute communications, templates and audit materials.
• Provide HR reporting for workforce impacts, severance and bonus tracking, and maintain regional dashboards and trackers.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations or related functions within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements and data governance.
• Ability to work across multiple HR systems and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
