HR Manager

About the role

You’re a seasoned HR operations professional who enjoys taking ownership of complex people processes while balancing compliance, commercial priorities and employee experience. You build credibility through sound judgement, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and adapt your approach across different cultures and personalities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a broad HR operations portfolio supporting more than 1,000 employees across South Africa.
• Manage employment equity, BBBEE, Skills Development, statutory compliance, labour relations, disciplinary matters and CCMA cases.
• Coordinate payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR reporting and governance.
• Partner with IT, finance and external specialists to ensure efficient operations and legislative compliance.

Required profile

• Relevant HR qualification with approximately 12 years of experience.
• Previous exposure to IT consulting or IT services and experience supporting multinational operations.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation, Employment Equity, BBBEE, Skills Development, employee relations and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across different countries and time zones.
