About the role
Wholesale Fencing SA is looking for a professional, organised and detail‑oriented HR & IR Administrator to join its Compliance Team. The role provides administrative support across HR and industrial relations while ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, payroll procedures and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training administration.
- Assist with payroll administration, including timesheets, leave records and employee information updates.
- Support disciplinary, grievance and incapacity processes.
- Conduct site patrols, workplace inspections and report non‑compliance, incidents and security concerns.
Required profile
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR, IR and payroll administration.
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and OHS practices.
- Strong organisational, administrative and communication abilities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
