About the role
Impact.com is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align human capital strategy with business objectives across its regional units. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting workplace management, performance cycles, and employee experience in a fast‑growing commerce partnership platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the physical office environment, ensuring health, safety and compliance with regional regulations.
- Develop, implement and review workplace policies in line with local legislation and company values.
- Partner with legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate team events and engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive culture.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal‑setting, mid‑year check‑ins and year‑end reviews, and provide coaching, counselling and disciplinary guidance.
- Champion equity and inclusion programs, embedding fair practices across all HR processes.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to design solutions, programs and policies.
- Advise line managers on HR matters, acting as a trusted consultant on people‑related issues.
- Promote adoption of digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and modernise ways of working.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role within a regional or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices in workplace safety and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent consulting and influencing skills with senior leadership.
- Experience managing performance cycles and employee lifecycle processes.
- Comfort with digital transformation and adoption of HR technology.
Required skills
- Knowledge of regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks.
- Understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Experience with HR analytics and metric‑driven decision making.
