HR Business Partner – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our night‑shift operations. This onsite role will partner with hiring managers, operations and HR shared services to drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee retention for night‑time campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment to fill bulk and leadership positions.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new hires, addressing queries promptly to foster high performance and reduce early attrition.
• Manage performance appraisals, probation periods and quarterly talent reviews.
• Drive retention initiatives through regular employee touch‑points, exit interviews and trend reporting.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Shared Services.
• Compile, maintain and analyse HR analytics to support decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate HR and IR administration, documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to the People Plan and implement HR project plans aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (Grade 12 minimum).
• Proven experience in an HR coordination or business partner role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple HR processes in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
