Houseman – Housekeeping Support

About the role

The Houseman supports the housekeeping team in delivering a seamless guest experience at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Working under the direction of Housekeeping Management, you will ensure linen, corridors, and guest requests are handled promptly and to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Exchange and deliver linen according to established standards.
• Vacuum and dust corridors, staircases, and assigned public areas.
• Stock pantries with clean linen and replenish guest supplies daily.
• Report lost‑and‑found items and any equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment, ensuring vacuums are cleaned after each use.
• Assist the linen room with daily tasks and handle guest requests accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning of walls, lights, ceiling fixtures, and windows as required.

Required profile

• Reliability and attention to detail in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
