Hospitality Manager – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our luxury guest services in the Montagu area of the Western Cape. The role combines oversight of staff, operations, finance and health‑and‑safety functions to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR and staff administration, including recruitment, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Oversee farm data, reporting systems and ensure accurate financial and purchasing records.
• Support daily operations and housekeeping, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Provide front‑line guest support, handling enquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the property.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proven multitasking and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced settings.
• Attention to detail and experience in handling guest complaints.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, and a valid driver’s licence.
