Holiday Season Sales Advisor - Fourways

About the role

H&M is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Fourways store for the holiday season, on a fixed-term contract from December 2026 to February 2027. The role sits in the Store Team alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cash Office Responsible and Delivery Responsible, and works closely with the wider Area Team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious, eager to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
