About the role

Join Concentrix’s dynamic team in Cape Town as a Health Care Customer Service Advisor. You will work on an international health‑care campaign, providing excellent support to customers while developing your skills in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed set performance targets.
• Apply agreed behavioural and compliance standards in every interaction.
• Share knowledge with teammates and communicate campaign updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the campaign and ensure first‑contact resolution.
• Protect information security and follow proper escalation processes.
• Verify and update customer information, offering proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 months experience in an international BPO contact‑centre environment.
• Completed Grade 12.
• Availability to work shifts aligned with United States business hours.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
