About the role

GVW Group, LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its enterprise talent strategy across a diverse portfolio of companies. The role combines data, technology, and best‑in‑class hiring practices to consistently attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑wide talent acquisition strategies that build a scalable talent engine.
• Align employer branding, sourcing channels, selection processes, and pipelines with both corporate and operating‑company priorities.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, business leaders, and hiring managers to ensure the talent acquisition strategy meets business needs.
• Design a long‑term roadmap for the talent acquisition function, establishing hiring standards and structured selection processes.
• Drive initiatives that enable individual operating companies to attract and hire talent effectively within their markets.
• Identify future workforce needs and proactively develop pipelines for critical roles.
• Establish relationships with industry networks, professional associations, educational institutions, and trade shows to raise company visibility.
