Head of Content – Build Personal Brand & YouTube Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Content to shape and grow the personal brand of Viktor Møller and the online presence of VIKST Marketing. This fully remote role focuses on building a category‑leading YouTube channel and a cohesive multi‑platform content strategy that drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the YouTube strategy, the primary growth channel.
• Scale Viktor Møller’s personal brand and VIKST Marketing’s online presence.
• Design and execute content strategies across YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create video concepts, series, growth initiatives and write scripts for videos, ads, VSLs and social content.
• Build scalable content systems, hooks, angles, offers and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Viktor on positioning, branding and content direction.
• Stay ahead of trends, AI tools, new formats and platform changes.
• Transform content into leads, authority and customers, coordinating with the team on funnels and lead magnets.
• Extract internal knowledge and turn it into valuable external content.

• Excellent scripting and storytelling abilities.
