Handyman Maintenance

About the role
The Handyman Maintenance role is responsible for keeping equipment and plant operations running smoothly on site. You will provide technical support, carry out troubleshooting, and ensure that all systems are maintained to high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Deliver on‑the‑job training to staff as needed.
- Execute plant and system upgrades.
- Perform routine system maintenance to prevent downtime.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a production plant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman – Maintenance.
- Experience as a general handyman is advantageous.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
- Team‑oriented and supportive attitude.
- Accountability and sense of urgency.
