Gym Director Assistant

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking a motivated Gym Director Assistant to support the daily operations of one of its locations. This full‑time position works directly with the Gym Director to ensure a safe, fun, and educational environment for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

Key responsibilities

• Teach classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and membership experiences.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including facility upkeep and equipment maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
• Promote and sell The Little Gym programs to prospective families.

Required profile

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service experience.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for making children smile.
