Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our luxury hospitality team in Cape Town. You will ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay by coordinating exceptional service, managing events, and supporting the team to deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day guest experiences across the property.
• Plan, organise and execute events from concept to completion.
• Engage with guests through social‑media and promotional channels.
• Support, motivate and coach staff to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and aesthetics throughout the venue.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven event‑planning and execution abilities.
• Proficiency in using social‑media platforms for guest engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑management skills.
