Growth Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to lead paid‑acquisition campaigns for health and wellness brands. Working fully remote on US Eastern hours, you will create and launch high‑performing ads, landing pages, email and SMS funnels that comply with strict platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and test ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns across men’s health and women’s hormone & wellness verticals.
• Design offers, pricing structures, guarantees and urgency triggers that convert cold traffic into booked consultations.
• Audit and optimise landing pages and lead forms to eliminate friction and improve conversion rates.
• Provide creative direction, brief designers, and review UGC and video assets before spend.
• Analyse performance data daily and iterate copy and creative based on results.

Required profile

• Proven ability to rewrite ads on the fly and spot unnecessary form fields.
• Experience writing for regulated health, medical or similar industries, or demonstrable skill to meet those standards.
• Data‑driven mindset: performance metrics directly shape your next iteration.
• Excellent command of US English written communication.
