Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the top‑of‑funnel pipeline for a fast‑growing machine‑learning SaaS platform. Based in Cape Town with a remote work model, you will collaborate closely with the founders to build, automate, and scale a predictable lead‑generation engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute daily operations of top‑of‑funnel lead and demand generation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cold outreach and inbound campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal messaging.
• Coordinate campaign logistics from database sourcing and audience segmentation to sequence setup and CRM synchronization.
• Drive qualified lead volume while optimizing CPA, demo conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Execute multichannel messaging (email, LinkedIn, paid acquisition) and write high‑converting copy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the growth tool stack, handling workflow exceptions and deliverability issues.
• Produce performance reports with KPIs, acquisition run rates, and funnel trends for the founders.
• Manage testing budgets, monitor channel profitability, and protect marketing spend.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and external content creators to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record building outbound outreach engines and automated email flows.
• Experience scraping targeted data and managing large experiment pipelines.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or mobile gaming sectors.
