About the role
Join Pedros at the bustling Starwood Mall in Phoenix as a Griller. You will be part of a fast‑paced team that delivers flame‑grilled chicken and other menu items with speed and consistency, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with standard operating procedures.
- Uphold food safety standards throughout preparation and service.
- Prepare menu items according to SOPs while maintaining rapid service speed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the front of house.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent education.
