Grain Grader – Production Support

About the role

Premier FMCG is seeking a reliable Grain Grader to ensure that all grain received is correctly graded, weighed, and documented according to company standards. The role supports production by supplying high‑quality grain and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Supply production with good‑quality grain.
• Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Capture and record all relevant data accurately.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in the department.
• Perform correct grading of grain and accurate weighing.
• Complete documentation for raw materials received and stored in silos.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Grain Grading Certificate (mandatory).
• Grain Fumigation Certificate (advantageous).
• 3–5 years of grain grading experience.
• Experience with food safety and hygiene audits.
• Excellent administrative abilities.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – MS Office packages.
