Graduate – Treasury Technology, Services & FX Operations

About the role

Start your career with TreasuryONE through a graduate programme focused on treasury technology, services and FX operations. The role is open to recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience and provides exposure to treasury operations, cash and liquidity, forecasting, payments and treasury systems.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured onboarding, training and practical on‑the‑job learning to understand TreasuryONE’s products and services.
• Analyse financial, transactional and system data using analytical and AI‑assisted tools, verify outputs and investigate discrepancies.
• Support testing, data preparation, monitoring, troubleshooting and other system‑related activities.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues, assist client queries, prepare documentation and deliver reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, meet agreed deadlines and progressively assume greater responsibility.

Required profile

• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and clear written and verbal communication.
• Confidence working with Excel and general business applications.
• Ability to organise, prioritise work and collaborate effectively with others.
• Interest in finance, systems, technology and emerging tools such as AI.
