About the role
Engen Limited is recruiting high‑performing graduates and final‑year students for a structured 24‑month Graduate Development Programme based in Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate across business functions with mentoring and coaching.
- Work on real business challenges and projects.
- Complete structured learning and leadership development activities.
Required profile
- South African citizen.
- Completed or completing (by end 2026) a qualification in one of the listed disciplines.
- Overall academic average of at least 70%.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
