Graduate Marketing Administrator Programme

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Econofoods as a Marketing Administrator. The role is based at our central office in Cape Town and offers a 12‑month graduate programme where you will support the marketing team in daily operations and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general marketing administration support, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Manage procurement processes, reconcile invoices and track marketing budgets.
• Coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing assets and merchandise inventory.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and campaigns, including store openings and social media initiatives.

Required profile

• National Diploma (NQF‑6) or BCom degree (NQF‑7) in Marketing Management, Retail Marketing or related field.
• Graduated or about to graduate, aged 20‑35, and available full‑time from August 2026.
• Based in Cape Town and not enrolled in another study programme.
• Passionate, hardworking and eager to learn in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
