Graduate Engineer – Technical Commercial Role (International Exposure)

About the role

This graduate position is designed for top‑performing individuals who have excelled academically and are ready to combine engineering expertise with commercial insight on a global stage. You will work for an internationally active technology organisation, engaging with both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with local and international clients in a technical‑commercial capacity.
• Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
• Translate complex technical solutions into tangible client value.
• Build and maintain long‑term stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives across global markets.
• Prepare high‑level presentations, proposals and commercial documentation.
• Represent the organisation at international meetings, exhibitions and events.

Required profile

• Matriculation average of 85 % or higher (non‑negotiable).
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a Commercial/Marketing discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Ambitious, driven and comfortable in a high‑performance environment.
