Google Business Profile Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Google Business Profile Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will work with a US‑based marketing agency that supports multi‑location operators across healthcare, real estate, hospitality and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles for dozens of locations.
• Monitor reviews, craft human‑like responses, and develop reputation strategies.
• Resolve suspensions, duplicate listings, and other profile issues.
• Manage local SEO tasks, including Google posts, photo updates, and profile content.
• Track performance metrics and produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate with facility administrators across multiple sites.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in local SEO, reputation management, or Google Business Profile management.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner comfortable with various marketing and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and curious about how systems work.
