Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

FP Markets, a multi-regulated broker founded in Australia offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, is recruiting a full-time Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (remote). The role owns every message sent to a client from first contact until the first trade, designing, building and improving automated and campaign communications across four funnel stages (Lead, Registration, First Time Deposit, First Time Trade) via email and WhatsApp in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise automated journeys across all four funnel stages, managing audience, segmentation, entry and suppression logic, and rationalise existing automations
• Build, QA and deploy automated and campaign emails, own templates and modular content for regional localisation, and manage deliverability, consent and list hygiene
• Own WhatsApp marketing end to end, from opt-in and template approval to sequencing and frequency, and use data to allocate channels and forecast costs
• Run continuous testing and work with Analytics to measure performance through to funded account and first trade, reporting on funnel conversion
• Embed jurisdictional and regulatory requirements in journey design and keep a clear communications audit trail

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience building multi-step nurture journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with demonstrable examples of what you have built
• Demonstrable experience running WhatsApp as a marketing channel, including opt-ins, template approvals and the 24-hour service window
• Experience owning conversion performance with baseline results, changes made and measurable outcomes
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability, consent and data protection across multiple jurisdictions
• Comfortable writing automated-message copy and briefing creative; fluent written and spoken English
