About the role

We are seeking a bilingual German-English Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. Working 100 % remotely, you will assist customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering high-quality service in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, live chat and email in German and English.
• Resolve questions and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance service quality and internal processes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Previous experience in customer support, call centre or technical support is an advantage.
• Calm, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Interest in e‑commerce and online retail environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk or Intercom.
