General Worker – Production Team

About the role

The General Worker will join the Production team responsible for manufacturing animal feed to required standards. You will help meet daily output targets while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks and support daily production targets.
Keep the work area clean and hygienic at all times.
Perform job tasks accurately and quickly.
Contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
Follow all health, safety and product quality standards.
Carry out ad‑hoc duties as directed by mill management.

Required profile

Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics or Math Literacy.
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar manufacturing or feed‑production role.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Basic numeracy and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
Knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.
